FREE to the public

It really is the most wonderful time of the year at L.A. Live in Downtown Los Angeles. Perhaps the 66 foot tall sequoia has something to do with it!

Tonight, make your way over to the plaza for the official Tree Lighting Ceremony and watch as over 120,000 mini LEDs make it shine bright! Those in attendance will get a chance to skate on the LA Kings Holiday rink and enjoy a live performance by the king of Christmas himself, Barry Manilow! Other performers include Cody Simpson, Sarah Brightman, LA’s own Ozomatli plus a few other special guests! This evening’s hosts are NBC4 along with AEG, the company behind LA Live.

The holiday celebration will benefit AEG's Season of Giving, an initiative designed to raise funds and generate awareness for non-profit organizations supporting hunger, homelessness and healthcare issues.
