Fair Park, home to more than 275 acres of museums and attractions, is hosting the 2010 Taste of Dallas.
The rain or shine event is scheduled for July 9 - 11, 2010. Now in its 24th year Taste of Dallas features art, entertainment and, of course, food. Vendors will provide tastings at no more than $3.
Artists including Le Cure, Old 97s and Cas Haley are set to perform on the Gilley Music Stage. Children will enjoy balloon artists, a petting zoo and interactive games in Kids’ Taste Town.
This marks the first year for the Taste of Dallas 5k Race and Fun Run in support of the American Heart Association. Registration is $35 on race day – Saturday.
Admission for one day is $5; children under 12 get in free. Advance tickets are available at local Albertsons and Borders stores. Trams and DART’s Green Line will drop visitors at the entrance for the event. Fairground parking will cost $10.

Saturday - 11 a.m. to midnight
Sunday - noon to 6 p.m.
