Treasure Valley fitness events for March 2012

What is that, warmth outside? We never really had winter here in the Treasure Valley, but lately it sure feels like spring is on its way. And if that makes you feel like heading out and getting some exercise, you’re in luck. March marks the return of a more varied selection of fitness events. It’s like an invitation to be active, so don't just sit there. Take a look at your choices for next month and get moving.

The March 8 session is on recovery, and the session on March 22 covers tips, tricks and XTERRA. The last one, scheduled for April 6, features information on transitions, in case you want to mark your calendar now. For more information, click on this link.

Beat the Doc 5K Fun Run/Walk and Canine Canter March 24 Taking place in Eagle Island Park, this 3rd annual event takes a stand against pet obesity.
