The Tutu Run The highlight of Independence Day is usually fireworks. So why not get moving that morning in this patriotic event taking place at Veterans Memorial Park. You can choose from 10K and 5K distances, and there’s even a kids’ fun run. Oh yeah, and you’ll want to wear a tutu. Prizes will be given at random to folks wearing tutus or their military uniform.
