I'm sure you've heard the Gazette is going paperless. After decades of informative articles and glossy photos coming right to your door, it's time to step into the electronic reader age. In preparation for the transition, I found a number of internet sources for Borzoi wisdom. - Borzoi Club of America has archived all the Breed Columns from past Gazettes all in one place: http://www.borzoiclubofamerica.org/gazette.htm -National Association of Dog Instructors also has an archive: http://nadoi.org/anthology/antholtoc.htm -Borzoi International Magazine is already electronic: http://www.borzoiinternational.com/magazine/ -Facebook offers a Group called Studying Borzoi to share pictures of your own dogs for honest comment. Play nice, you have to ask to join and can't be anonymous. -I've listed before the wonderful Borzoifiles.com to add and search pedigrees, most with photos. -There are also Yahoo Lists for Show Dogs, Borzoi News and Dog Seminars. -Both the AKC.org and infodog.org list upcoming events. You can find the latest posts for the new Coursing Ability Test at https://www.akc.org/pdfs/events/coursing_ability_test/CAT_Upcoming_Event... The Next Lure Coursing event in the DC Metro area will be held by Coursing Hounds Association of Mid Potomac on August 20-21. The next conformation event will be held in Millwood, VA by Old Dominion and Warrenton Kennel Clubs on October 2 (closes Sept 14).
