Even though I am long past my days of frying like a fish in the sun, traveling around the world I can't help getting lots of sun on my face. Trust me, it's not by choice! I wear hats when outside and try to wear some form of sunblock, even if its in the form of mineral makeup.
Have you ever noticed that towards the end of the summer, you either have a tan face that peels or slight color that blisters . . . if you haven't taken care of it. Don't expect to slap on any old moisturizer and save face, either. In the summer heat, heavy ointments will feel gross and are likely to make you break out. Acidy anti-aging creams can be irritating to skin that's already flushed from the sunshine.
That's where Phytomer's Sun Serenity comes to the rescue! I was very glad to be hosted to be able to experience it. It has a very slight, fluid texture. The faint scent is wildflower-like/table bouquet. It doesn't sting sensitive skin, it doesn't make you break out. It leaves a natural sheen on skin, nothing glittery or pearlized. It's helped my skin not become reactive -- now that the days are starting to grow shorter. It leaves a silky texture, but not moist; makeup can go on immediately.
You do still need to wear a sunscreen with this product.
Here's what they say about it!

D-TOX microalgae: repairs cell damage caused by UV, the source of premature skin aging;
Marine oligosaccharides: anti-inflammatory and soothing;
Salicorne Oil and Maritime Lavender Oil: strengthen the skin barrier and help prevent peeling and prolong the tan;
Pheohydrane: restructures the hydrolipidic film, binds water in the tissues for an immediate and long-lasting moisturizing effect.
