Tamar Alexia Fleishman, Esq.

As a travel writer who's friends with lots of travel writers, I realize that many folks on the road are super low-maintenance. Sure, they want to look good for international meetings, group pictures, fancy dinners . . . but they don't want to have to work at it. Their eyes glaze over at the mention of ionic brushes or tourmaline dryers, even though when traveling, their tresses look like cotton candy. Well, who would complain at hair help that works with a swallow or while you're sleeping? That's why I was happy to be hosted by Phyto to experience some of their latest and greatest!

Even if you're not the type to pack curling tongs and flat irons, you can't be against staying healthy, can you? PHYTOPHANÈRE is a collection of fortifying capsules to maintain strong, healthy hair and nails. They're very small and soft -- easy to swallow. You take 2 at breakfast time. Simple! They don't even count against your 3-1-1 travel carry-on bag. They have Vitamin A (wheat germ oil), Vitamin B, Omega 3 & 6 and Vitamin C. I hear "all" the French models take them. I'm in the process of growing out a self-inflicted bang trim, so I can use all the help I can get.

Some people tell me in Sam I Am/Green Eggs in Ham kinda terms that they won't use masks or oil treatments while traveling, at home, at the beauty salon, anywhere. SECRET DE NUIT hydrating regenerating night treatment just involves a couple of pumps of silky lotion in your hair before bed, you don't need to dry it or rinse it out until you shower in the morning. If you're super rushed and can only shampoo -- not condition -- it'll help with that, too! The container is sized for a 3-1-1 carry-on travel bag.
