So you are planning your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation and are endlessly surfing the Internet in hopes of finding tips and tricks to make your vacation the best one possible. I can relate to that and understand that mission. To help you with your vacation planning I have put together my top tips to help you plan for your vacation.
Keep in mind the weather here in the Orlando area is gorgeous between late September through November. Plus this is the time of year when the parks seem to be not as crowded.
So, let’s take a look at some tips to help you plan your vacation. This week, I want to focus on the Magic Kingdom…
Pick up a Guide Map and Times Guide at Town Square (near the front of the park). Then find a park bench to sit on for a few minutes and make a schedule for your day. Keep this guide with you throughout the day, with notes on what you want to do.
Many families plan their visit to the Magic Kingdom first on their Disney vacation. If you want to enjoy the park with fewer crowds plan to visit the park toward the end of the week. I prefer to go visit Magic Kingdom on Wednesday or Thursday.
Skip the parade. If you have already seen the parade at the Magic Kingdom, or it is not a must do for you, head to the more popular rides. Lines will be considerably shorter just before and during the parade.
Plan to enjoy characters meals right when the restaurant opens. Better yet, enjoy character breakfasts first thing in the morning. Everyone is just getting motivated in the morning and not quite ready to eat when the restaurant opens. Also, during the day people are enjoying the park and plan to have sit down meals later in the day.
Happy vacationing!
