Trashcan Sinatras laid down the rock atmospherics at the Key Club June 4 2010

Trashcan Sinatras @ The Key Club 6/4/2010

Long-time melodic rock act TRASHCAN SINATRAS played the Key Club in Hollywood on June 4, 2010.  With special guests Mike Viola (singer-songwriter behind "That Thing You Do" as well as several tracks on the Get Him to the Greek soundtrack) and Ruby Friedman Orchestra, 'twas a night of atmospheric acoustic/electric hybrid music, airy instrumental interludes, and thoroughly impressed fans.

Crowded right from the start, the Key Club was downright packed by the time the Sinatras emerged from their titular Trashcan to expel any rumors of a thuggish and low-brow show.  Rather, these dapper gents used clever turns of phrase and artsy tunes to surround the patrons with sonic bedevilment and aural charms.

You can read more at this Release List review, but the show's scenery can be spied below in the slideshow provided by the Hollywood Music Examiner and photographer Cole Lundstrom.

Here's some more live dates courtesy of their official website so you don't miss out yourself!
