I decided to take this blog to the next level today and film the following video. This is just the start of a new tradition here. Very soon I will be hosting a YouTube program about Baltimore called "Meisterpiece Theatre" that you can watch here every Friday. This is the debut test video that I put together. It contains some interesting scenes from Reservoir Hill.

I don't know about the "nest" level, but BaltimoreHourly.com sounds hot. WTG, Adam, on taking your blog to the next level. The City of Baltimore reduces trash pick-up services to once a week and immediately expects everyone to fall in line. Ain't gonna happen. Whatever doofus came up with that idea should be the one going around handing out trash citations, IMHO.
This is close to being appropriate. Examiner.com may be a "blog style news column," but it's not supposed to be a personal blog. Your issues presented are real issues in Baltimore that need to be presented...and video format is an interesting method. But take the personal side out of it. Express the issues, show the facts and make it a "news blog."
We don't need to see your house or a chit chat with a crossing guard. Next, you'll be showing us slideshows of your baby pictures! Also, I'm not sure, but if BaltimoreHourly.com is your personal site, that is also pretty inappropriate pushing that through Examiner.
Fix your presentation, since your issues are relevant.
-A concerned Examiner.com reader since the site is letting itself go.
I think this is great. Thank you for doing this. When will your next video be posted? The issues in Baltimore need to be addressed. Please do many of these videos.
This is more the city's fault for reducing the trash pick up to once a week. What are people supposed to do? Keep all their trash inside their house and live in filth? Most of the trash you show is bagged and in cans. These people are at least trying. To suggest they should be a source of revenue is ridiculous.
this is hilarious. as for the trash being the city's fault, think again. trying? these people clearly still have not read the variety of info the city sent out regarding trash/recycli pickup, blame it on the city that people don't read, one could say?!!? the reason why these people have so much trash (more than once a week's worth) is because they are not actually trying nor recycling their allotted unlimited amounts. the bagged/canned trash is a problem because they don't have lids on the cans, which invites rats. it is not too much to expect that people consider sanitation/rats. in fact, we MUST expect that from our neighbors.it is sad to me that some think its the city's fault that their neighbors trash their alleys. maybe education is needed, and maybe if we as a community talked to our neighbors who don't understand the need for cans, lids, liners, 'trash days' or recycling, it would be a cleaner baltimore. now about the stashing and water leaking....who is to lame for that!?!
Got something to say?
