Tranquil conditions take hold today

As high pressure builds in from the Plains, scattered clouds can be expected today with winds from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph. A passing cold front will produce an isolated shower but mostly variable cloud cover this evening. Temperatures will rise into the upper 40′s to lower 50′s over the interior and lower to mid 50′s along the coast.

High pressure will be in control tonight on through Sunday afternoon with scattered cloud cover and seasonably cool conditions. Temperatures for Thursday and Friday will range from the mid 20′s to lower 30′s for lows and mid 40′s to lower 50′s for highs. Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday will range from the upper 20′s to mid 30′s for lows and mid 40′s to lower 50′s for highs.

A warm front will slowly push northward on Monday and Tuesday with periods of rain and snow. Precipitation will be mostly rain along the coast and a mix of rain and snow over the interior. Temperatures will range from the upper 20′s to mid 30′s for lows and upper 40′s to mid 50′s for highs.
