“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.” Martha Graham

Not enough can be said about freedom of expression. Expressing yourself is necessary for mind, body, and spirit. Maybe you enjoy writing, singing, sketching or drawing. It doesn’t matter what you do, express yourself and do it well.

We have some interesting photos in the slideshow of some ‘urban art’ on the train cars that have passed through Omaha and the surrounding neighborhoods. The artwork dresses up an otherwise eyesore….rust bucket. The artwork is from colorful words with an interesting design all the way to downright beautiful paintings. The talent and expression of the artists is absolutely awesome.

We also have a couple of hot chicks. Well, one hot chick and one little chickie. ‘Inferna, the Cougar from Hell’, from Angry Bros. Shock-o-Rama. This gorgeous girl has attracted much attention for the Angry Bros. and has a nice following. Meet this sexy ghoul at ‘A Nightmare on Q Street’ with the Angry Bros. in October.

Our little chickie is local author Tatum Marietta Pelley. This talented girl is only eight years old and loves to write, smile for the camera, and make people laugh. This sweet little girl is the epitome of self-expression at such a young age. Already her book is available on and Yes, ‘The Bunny Who Doesn’t Like Carrots’, is a hit. Her book is even available in her school library!

Finally, we have an awesome possum automobile. The ‘Bat Bomber’ features Harley Quinn, the Joker, and jaws munching down on the tire. The artist is a colorful, animated soul…name is Greg.

Enjoy the slideshow and the freedom of expression. Remember to express yourself as well. Express yourself for your own well-being.
