Houston Fit is a training program for runners and walkers that want to complete the Houston Full or Half Marathon. The 29-week group program running July through January offers the following:
- Day-by-day training schedules
- Saturday morning group long runs or walks (organized by your pace)
- Access to coaches
- Informational seminars
- Group socials
- Houston Fit Marathon Training T-shirt
Time is short to take advantage of all that Houston Fit has to offer. Registration is open now with training kick off and orientation on July 17, 2010 at 7:00 am in Memorial Park.
