Oh, and you expect Joss Whedon to do a traditional romance movie? Of course not, and he's taking a couple of different tracts with In Your Eyes, a supernatural romance he wrote with Brin Hill directing. The film only just debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival a few days ago, and yet it's already available for purchase On Demand through Vimeo. Is it worth the $5 price tag? Check out the trailer and judge for yourself.

Starring Zoe Kazan (Ruby Sparks) and Michael Stahl-David (Cloverfield), the story centers on the metaphysical connection between a bored east coast housewife and a New Mexico ex-con, sparking a long-distance romance that defies description. Whedon's usual wit and charm seem to be at play here, and Kazan is an actress who has an endless amount of appeal.

In Your Eyes also stars Nikki Reed, Steve Harris, Jennifer Grey, Mark Feurerstein and Steve Howey.
