The Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is holding a meeting about off-road vehicles (ORV) on Sep. 4 at Lake House in New Germany State Park. The hours are 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Participants would discuss a proposal to expand the ORV trail system on state-owned lands in western Maryland. Three new trails are being considered, one in Garrett County and two in Washington County. DNR will present the plan and accept public comment.
