An accident in Daytona Beach closed westbound Seabreeze Boulevard Wednesday night. The crash happened at Seabreeze Boulevard and North Halifax Avenue. Units from the Daytona Beach Fire Department responded to the scene, and unconfirmed reports were that at least one person was transported to Halifax Hospital. Daytona Beach Police closed westbound Seabreeze Boulevard at North Peninsula Drive and other streets in the area during the accident investigation. Additional details were not available yet from the Daytona Beach Police Department Thursday morning.
