Butterflies are another major source of inspiration. Their image appears as prints on a silk maxi dress and frock, as well as an abstract pattern on coats and dresses. Color-blocking, stripes and the mixing of animal prints are key features. Two models alternated outfits on an orange backdrop as the look-book for the collection was being photographed. Fashion editors and guests arrived to the showroom at appointed times to watch the models during the photo-shoot, and to see & feel the garments up close on racks.
A signature look is the butterfly maxi dress. It has color-blocking consisting of turquoise, purple and black, with deep-blue, floating butterfly sleeves.
