Tracy Morgan still critical after 6-vehicle crash

Comedian/actor Tracy Morgan remains in critical condition at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick following a 6-vehicle pileup involving an 18-wheel tractor/trailer on the New Jersey Turnpike in which man identified as James McNair, 63, of Peeksill, NY died.

According to NJ Police Sgt. Gregory Williams, a “limousine bus carrying the star of the NBC comedy “30 Rock,” and former "Saturday Night Live" cast member, along with 6 others, overturned at about 1 a.m. after Morgan performed standup at a show at Dover owns Hotel and Casino in Dover, DE as part of a multi-city comedy tour called "Turn It Funny." Four other men, in addition to also sustained serious injuries as well.

Born November 10, 1968, Morgan, is the second oldest of 5 children. His father, a Vietnam veteran and recovering heroin addict, left the family when Tracy was 5-years old and later died of AIDs at the age of 39.
Tracy, himself, has had a number of high-profile health struggles, including alcoholism and diabetes, and has had numerous run-ins with the law regarding controversial behavior. He has a 1-year-old daughter, Maven Sonae with fiancee Megan Wollover and has three grown children, Tracy Jr, Malcolm and Gitrid from his marriage to former wife Sabina, whom he married after dropping out of high school.a previous relationship.

In addition to appearing on "Saturday Night Live" for more than 7 years, and (his semi-autobiographical) turn as Tracy Jordan, Morgan also has fashioned a film career, starring in comedies such as "Cop Out" and "Death at a Funeral." He most recently could be heard as the voice of Luiz in the Brazil-set animated movie "Rio 2."
