Comedian Tracy Morgan’s condition has been upgraded from critical to fair, CNN reports. Tracy was a passenger in limo bus when a truck crashed into them on the New Jersey Turnpike. Tracy’s publicist, Lewis Kay, said, Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement. His personality is certainly starting to come back as well."
At the time, two other occupants in the limo bus, Jeffrey Millea and Ardie Fuqua were listed in critical condition. Lewis reports that Jeffrey’s condition upgraded to fair. A spokesperson for the hospital reports that Ardie’s condition remains critical.
Harris Stanton was treated and released, while the limo bus driver, Tyrone Gale, was not injured. James McNair, also known as Jimmy Mack of Peeksville, New York, died at the scene. Funeral services were held on June 12, 2014.
On June 7, Wal-Mart truck driver, Kevin Roper, failed to notice that the traffic had slowed in Cranbury Township. He realized too late. He swerved to avoid hitting the limo bus, but failed. He struck the back end, which sent the limo bus to roll on its side.
Reports say that Kevin had not slept in over 24 hours, but Kevin denies that being true. Kevin has entered a not guilty plea to the charges of death by auto and assault by auto. Kevin is free on a $50,000 bail and no future court date has been set.
Tracy Morgan stared on the reality show, “Tanked. ” Brett Raymer and Wayde King built Tracy 2 tanks. One tank held 3,000-gallons of water. It held seven sharks, two stingrays and an eel. The other tank Brett and Wayde custom designed was for his octopus.
