Tracy Morgan in critical condition following a fatal crash

Comedian Tracy Morgan is listed in critical condition. Early Saturday morning around 1 a.m., Tracy was involved in a six-vehicle accident. The accident happened in New Jersey when, according to Fox 411 News, a tractor-trailer slammed into them. Tracy’s limo bus overturned north Exit 7A turnpike.

Traveling in the limo bus with Tracy was Jeffrey Millea, Ardie Fuqua Jr., Harris Stanton, and James McNair along with two others. Unfortunately, James McNair of Peeksville, New York passed away in the crash. Peter Haigney spokesman for Robert Wood Johnson Hospital said that Tracy, Jeffrey and Ardie are listed in critical condition. Harris was treated and released.

Tracy was on his way home after performing at the Dover Down Hotel & Casino in Dover, Delaware on Friday night. Tracy stared in “Saturday Night Live,” “30 Rock” and “The Tracy Morgan Show.” He was also featured on Animal Planet’s, “Tanked.” Brett Raymer and Wayde King built Tracy 2 tanks on separate occassions. One was a 3,000-gallon shark tank that included seven sharks, two stingrays and an eel. The other tank was for his octopus.

Sgt. Gregory Williams of New Jersey State Police said, "NJSP says the driver of the tractor-trailer failed to observe slow-moving traffic ahead. At the last minute, he swerved to try and avoid hitting vehicles, but hit the Mercedes limo bus instead, forcing the limo to rotate and overturn."

Fox 411 reports that the Wal-Mart tractor-trailer driver, Kevin Roper of Jonesboro is charged with death by auto in connection with the crash. He also faces four counts of assault by auto stemming from the crash. Kevin’s bail is set at $50,000.
