Trace Adkins enters rehab after fight on cruise ship

County music singer Trace Adkins has fallen off the wagon and entered rehab after 12 years of sobriety. Per ABC News, Adkins reportedly got into a fight on a cruise ship.

Adkins was entertaining on Norwegian Cruise Lines along with other country greats including Wynonna Judd and Montgomery Gentry. In a strange turn of events, the singer reacted negatively when he heard a Trace Adkins impersonator and physical violence ensured. Trace was reportedly in a bar when he heard the impersonator singing karaoke to one of his songs.

Adkins' last stint in rehab was for one month in 2002. Of the experience he said, "If you've ever been through one of those things, it's the most humiliating experience you'll ever have. To hear people you respect and love sit there and tell you the kind of pain you've been causing them. They tear you down completely then they haul you off to rehab. So I did that, and yeah, I'm an alcoholic. And are there enablers? There are, but I luckily had a group around me that finally put their foot down."

Trace Adkins fans are hoping the entertainer will get the help he needs and be back on the road soon.
