Hello Kitty City Scooters (Sold from October 2012 through January 2013)
The recall is limited to scooters manufactured through December 3, 2012.
Date codes can be found on the bottom of each unit:
MODEL # 8801-03 / TOYS“R”US SKN 475014
This product is being recalled as the scooter could suddenly accelerate including while in use, causing the rider to lose control and fall. Consumers should disconnect the battery and stop using this product immediately. Take the scooter to your nearest Toys”R”Us for a refund or store credit.
