The “Toy Story 4” rumors are here, and according to Mercury News this Tuesday, Feb. 19, there may not only be a new “Toy Story” movie in the works, but a tentative release date in 2015 has been given.
Of course, fellow “Toy Story” fans, only alleged "Columbian news sources" have reported this information so far, so nothing has been confirmed yet by Disney and Pixar on any updates regarding the upcoming film. What is said by the sites, however, is that a “Toy Story 4” is on its way sometime.
Both Disney and Pixar have stated, says the report, that Joan Cusack, Tim Allen and Tom Hanks will return together for the new movie installment in the hit franchise. The “Toy Story 4” rumors set search engines ablaze as well as Facebook and Twitter posts as fans grew excited for the potential film.
"In 2015, Pixar will release Toy Story 4, the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack confirmed for the main characters."
Of course, Disney is certainly going to be busy on their new “Star Wars: Episode 7” adaptation, starring Harrison Ford as Han Solo. Yet Tom Hanks did help spur the “Toy Story 4” rumor by saying late last summer in 2012:
“I there will be, yeah … I think they’re working on it now.”
