The holiday shopping season is in full swing. This month and next, look for Toy of the Day features highlighting only toys my kids and I have personally tested and enjoy that would make great gift ideas. Today's toy: Dado Cubes.
Dado Cubes are a new twist on nesting, stacking and building toys, all in one. This toy helps build spacial awareness, problem solving skills, creativity and awareness of architectural principles of proportion, balance, structure, composition and color. (Plus they're easy to store!) Kids can make endless structures. I had fun building with this probably as much as my 3 and 4.5 year olds. I'd say they're good for 2.5 year olds on up. Added bonus: Dado Cubes are made in the USA.
