As the days get colder and time starts towards the holidays, fun local shopping events become even more enjoyable to attend. Just in time to begin your holiday shopping, The Toy and Doll Collectors Supershow is held every October in Northglenn and is an amazing place to find one of a kind items for any collector. Located at the Ramada Plaza Convention Center on October 13, for a low admission price of $5.00 one can peruse and purchase toys and collectables from many dealers and private collectors.
Walking through the show is a fun experience where you get to revisit all of the toys you loved as a child. Many items from famous franchises are available such as Barbie, Star Wars, Disney, Strawberry Shortcake and Star Trek. There are even amazing items such as dolls, board games, movie memorabilia, comic books and sports items. One of the booths that attendees gravitate towards is Bill's Board Games where Bill Blakslee sells amazing games and is knowledgeable about the world of gaming.
This family fun event runs from 11:00am through 4:00pm on Sunday, October 13. Admission is $5.00 for adults and children under twelve are free. There is also an amazing opportunity to begin shopping one hour before the general public. This option is called the early bird ticket and costs only $10.00 to enter at 10:00am.
