Tower of Chocolate, Covering Your Chocolate Needs

October is a month of some great food holidays. Celebrated on October 14th is National Chocolate Covered Insects Day. This holiday seems to fit the  creepy crawly theme of Halloween. But, however interesting and crunchy insects may be, there is a more appetizing way to celebrate this day.
Don't want chocolate insects? Tower of Chocolate has got it "covered"-literally! Thelma Ankenman of Nampa introduced the Tower of Chocolate to the Idaho region about 6 years ago. Catering to large parties, a huge towering fountain provides silky and rich milk, dark, or a blend of chocolate, for a decadent chocolate dipping experience.
Although insects are not on the dipping list, here are some wonderful items that are:
Apples
Strawberries
Bananas
Pineapple
Maraschino Cherries
Marshmallows
Pretzels
Coconut Macaroon Cookies
Oreo Cookies
Angel Food Cake
Cream Puffs
Pound Cake
Brownie Bites
Biscotti
Nutter Butter Cookies
Potato Chips
The chocolate fountain is a fun and easy, but elegant, way to serve guests at any type of party. Celebrate this Halloween with the Tower of Chocolate. But if chocolate covered insects are on request, there are more than 800,000 buggy delights to cover!
