Believe in Karma? Then you might want to buy the home for sale by Biz Stone, the co-founder of Twitter.

Of course, Biz Stone Tweeted the news.

 Designed & constructed by Northern Califonia Architect, William Wurster is an 800 square foot cottage with 2 bedrooms and two baths. The cozy home is on the market for a measly $575,000.

Biz Stone may not be trying to make a killing in real estate because Twitter has no trouble getting funding. Nobody has figured out how Twitter will make money to be sustainable, but as long as the venture capitalists keep pumping in dough, Biz Stone will probably keep moving up in home size.
