Like the title would suggest, the 272-page hardcover book has readers take baby steps toward fitness and changing eating habits. There are three key steps to making changes:
- Dive Inward: Identify emotional triggers and internal barriers for your overeating.
- Uncover Your Hidden Foods: These are the foods you can’t live without, usually ones loaded with fat, sugar and calories. You’ll learn how to replace these diet killers with nutritious substitutions.
- Move a Little: There are 50 movement options to add into your day that will help you strengthen and improve your health.
Reno wrote the book because she wanted to tackle the crucial first few weeks of trying to lose weight, when one wrong move can discourage people and send them off the rails.
Reno says the book is her personal weight-loss strategy – she lost 70 pounds and became a fitness model – and she want to share her secrets with readers so they can make their own transformations.
