Bullie Nation Rescue has stepped up and saved this puppy. Not only was this little mistreated pup saved at the last minute, but he is enjoying a loving foster home with one of the rescue directors.
His new name is Phoenix and its meaning is certainly not lost here. The mythically sacred firebird is a legend of gold and red plumage which ignites its nest at the end of a life cycle. From that terrible and grand flame, a new phoenix arises. The bird was said to regenerate when hurt or wounded by a foe.
Thank you, Bullie Nation, for giving this Phoenix a beautiful life and creating a real live fairy tale.
