Heard of telling a big fat lie? Well, that's precisely what Tori Spelling is now confessing by saying that she didn't really lose her baby weight through a healthy lifestyle, reported Us Weekly on October 29.
Initially, Tori claimed that she combined low impact cardio workouts with a healthy diet that consisted of:
- snacks like rice cakes and avocado
But now Tori's telling all in a tell-all tale: "Spelling It Like It Is." In it, she reveals that the supposedly healthy diet actually consisted of, well, nothing.
"I like to call it the Just Keep Your F--king Mouth Shut and Eat Air diet. It's all the rage," she admits.
As a result of "eating air," Tori shed 45 pounds after the birth of her son Finn in 2012.
As for that low-impact cardio? More lies.
"I really don't exercise much, period," Tori says.
So why did Tori tell so many fibs?
Tori insists that her publicist told her to do it. (Sort of like a little kid who blames her older sister?)
"My publicist had given me clear instructions about what to say about my weight loss," Tori defends herself.
And apparently both she and her publicist decided that women would dislike her if they knew how she really lost the weight.
"Women didn't want to know that I had lost weight through dieting, not exercising. I didn't want to be the a--hole who didn't work for it. So I said that I swam. It was sort of a bad choice. I can't do much more than a doggy paddle," Tori confesses in a spill-it-all-Spelling.
Apparently hoping for absolution by changing her approach to her abs, Tori adds that she's started swimming.
"My doctor suggested I try swimming. It's good for the whole body and low-impact since you're weightless,"she says.
