Tori Spelling and her cheating husband Dean McDermott have no pre-nup agreement, according to a Jan. 2 RadarOnline report. The couple who married in 2006 staked their faith in love and failed to secure a pre-nup that could come in useful in light of McDermott’s recent cheating scandal with Emily Goodhand.
“Dean offered to sign one, but Tori refused,” a family insider told RadarOnline. “She truly believed Dean was her soul mate and there was zero need for a prenup.”
As the Examiner previously reported, Spelling’s soulmate and father of her four children, McDermott cheated on his wife with 28-year-old Goodhand, whom he met in Toronto in early December, and invited her to his room at the Fairmont Royal York hotel, where they had sex.
According to RadarOnline, a hurt Spelling is making McDermott’s life hell. “She has been crying and screaming at Dean, and saying he has ruined everything, including Christmas.” The sources add, “She is refusing to comment on the cheating rumors publicly, even though she believes Dean did cheat on her. Tori is obsessed with having a picture perfect family, and thinks it’s a big part of her image. Commenting or addressing the cheating would taint that image. Things are very tense in the house right now, and Tori is making Dean’s life hell.”
UK’s Daily Mail reports that though Spelling has been spotted without her ring, it is back on. The actress also posted a photo with her husband and family to her blog on New Year’s Day, writing, “Happy New Year everyone! I can NOT believe it’s 2014. Time flies when you’re having fun… and when you have 4 little ones running around! We rang in the New Year with (kid-friendly) cocktails, lots of yummy treats and some quality family time.”
