Smallville, Scream 2 and Scary Movie 2 were films that Spelling was a part of, and since 2006-2008 she and husband, Dean, and family have also been a part of reality TV - first shot in a bed and breakfast type scenario and then in their new home - Tori & Dean: Inn Love and Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood.
Aside from her acting career, Tori has been busy with her own line of fashion jewelry on HSN and has released her first book, an autobiography entitled Tori Telling and newly released Mommywood.
Lynette Rice, with Entertainment Weekly, quoted Spelling about her new book, Mommywood. The latest book just followed her hit memoir sTORI Telling. It is about her frazzled home life with two children aged 2 years and 9 months. About being a mom Tori says
I call it my amateur attempt at trying to be a mom. As an actor you have fans. Now I feel like I have friends who come up and say, 'I had this problem, and you write about that in your book.'"
