Tori Boggs is the world-champion jump-roper and she doesn't mind proving it. The 21-year-old Ohio University student got to show off her amazing tricks on The Ellen Show and the fans reaped the rewards. According to The Columbus Dispatch on Thursday it was a dream for Tori to be on the show and it finally came true when she came out to perform on Thursday.

Calling Tori an amazing jump roper, Ellen DeGeneres set the tone for an epic performance on The Ellen Show. With the rope literally flying around the stage, the college student was moving so quick it was impossible to see exactly where the rope was going as she performed. Her routine including back-flips, sitting down jumping and even a few crossing moves.

Tori Boggs' performance on The Ellen Show had viewers around the world delighted to see the jump-rope champion and it was so inspiring. It Wouldn't be surprising if a few of the fans decided to dust off their jump ropes and give the sport a try. If 10 minutes of jumping is equal to 30 minutes of jogging, it’s a great way to help get fit.
