Planning a Walt Disney World vacation can be overwhelming. Especially if this is your first visit to the Central Florida area. There are so many things to consider when planning, one can find themselves wanting to give up and just see how the vacation goes. (That is a subject on my “don’ts list, which will be posted in a little bit.)

So to help those who are feeling overwhelmed with all of the Disney planning, I have come up with a list three things you must do when planning your next vacation. These will help ensure your vacation goes smoothly and is more enjoyable for everyone.

Stay on Disney property

This will give you the convenience of being close to all of the Disney magic. For example, if you are flying into Central Florida you will be able to take advantage of Disney’s Magical Express, which will sweep you off your feet and take you right to your Disney Resort.

Other benefits of staying at a Disney Resort include complimentary Disney transportation to the theme parks, abilities to make charges to your room, Extra Magic Hours at the parks and package delivery from the parks to your resort room.

Use Disney’s FastPass+ System

The FastPass+ System makes it possible for guests to reserve their ride times, similar to making dining reservations. This will help you avoid long lines and make it possible to plan out your day at the parks more efficiently.

Advanced Dining Reservations

Make your Advanced Dining Reservations starting 180 days prior to your arrival. This will ensure you have a reservation at the restaurant you want and during the time that works best for you.

Hopefully these do’s help you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation.

Happy vacationing!
