Top Ten Residential Sales in Denver County for Week Ending June 13,2010, 2010

I t would appear that low interest rates and relatively lower prices for houses are keeping this Denver market active. I don’t think we are on the verge of a zooming market, but the numbers are indicating that the market is still very active after the expiration of the tax credits for homebuyers.

420 Clayton                                    $3,000,000                 $2,675,000                     24

Three of the Top Ten closings this week were in Cherry Creek North area and that is encouraging as that area has been hit hard with reduced prices and sluggish activity.
