Top Ten Residential Sales in Denver County for Week Ending July 4, 2010

Shadow inventory is a term that we keep seeing in the different economic newsletters that are circulated on the web. The term shadow inventory refers to that supply of homes that banks have foreclosed on (REOs) or properties that they are in the process of foreclosing on. This is a potential scary roadblock to a recovery in the housing market depending upon how the financial institutions bring these REOs to market. Now, on to happy news about this week’s Top Ten.
