The “Making Home Affordable Program” has permanently modified 322,733 mortgages since the beginning of this year. The program, started by the Obama administration, estimates that number is equal to 10.3% of the 3.1 million loans nationwide that are at least 2 months late. Now, to the Top Ten for this week.
