The big news of this week is also the bad news of this week. Across the country home sales dropped 27.2 percent in July from the previous month. Denver-are closings were down 19.5 percent in July from June. (Statistics from Metrolist,Inc.) The good news is we have some outstanding Top Ten closings to report this week.
