Today Feb. 28, 2013 Wizards of the Coast revealed the top ten "Gatecrash" booster draft first pick "Magic: The Gathering" cards by "8-4 que" winners in "Magic Online" in the "Magic Online" personal summary email.

- Aurelia's Fury
- Firemane Avenger
- Crocanura
- Simic Fluxmage
- Knight of Obligation
- Syndic of Tithes
- Ember Beast
- Aurelia, the Warleader
- Zameck Guildmage
It's important to note that 60% of the cards on the list of top ten "Gatecrash" first picks aren't rare. Three of the cards are common (Crocanura, Syndic of Tithes, and Ember Beast) and three are uncommon (Simic Fluxmage, Knight of Obligation, and Zameck Guildmage).

It's quite odd that only one rare (Firemane Avenger) makes the list. One would think that there are more winning first pick rares in "Gatecrash" limited. Of course, the presence of three mythic rares on the list (two of them taking the number one and two positions) highlights just how powerful mythic rares are in "Gatecrash" limited. So if you want to win a booster draft of "Gatecrash" all you need to do is open a Obzedat, Ghost Council, Aurelia's Fury, or Aurelia, the Warleader. Easy peasy.
