The top puppy names 2013 are in this week, and while the best, most popular names for your pet dog may still remain a personal opinion of one's lucky owner, the top monikers for male puppies this year are almost identical to 2012, while female puppy names have changed a little bit. Like last year, however, Max and Buddy, as well as Bella and Daisy, are perennial popular favorites for man’s best friend, NewsMax shares this Wednesday, Nov. 4.
Your top puppy names 2013 list is provided recently this month by Vetstreet, who affirms that the top five best names for your pet (or at least the most popular names for male dogs) are exactly the same as last year. Beginning with the most widely used moniker, the list is as follows: Max, Buddy, Charlie, Rocky, and last but not least, Cooper. Buddy in particular has the distinction of holding one of the highest spots for nearly a decade.
In terms of female puppy names, there are four names that continue to lead the Top 5 dog moniker list for girls (and no less than eight years in a row), with those names being Bella, Daisy, Lucy, and finally Molly. A new name has climbed its way up recently however — Sadie is now at the fifth spot on the list this 2013.
As for the number of dogs involved in the Top puppy names 2013 tallies, the most popular monikers are marked in Vetstreet’s massive online database of 925,000 puppies born since the first of January this year, often reflecting their owners’ personal preferences for using human and classic pet names.
Finishing up the Top 10 most popular puppy names for male dogs are Duke, Bear, Jack, Bentley, and Toby. The rounding out for the female list monikers includes Sophie, Lola, Chloe, Zoey, and Maggie.
