The 7th Region was arguably the most talented region in the state last season. Now that Jeffersontown has gotten transfer Tony Kimbro, the 7th Region will once again feature some the most talented players in the state. Here is a look at the top 10.
1. Tony Kimbro - Jeffersontown
Kimbro averaged 17 points per game last season at prep school. He has scholarship offers from Oklahoma State and Virginia Tech.
2. Remy Abell, Eastern
Abell has scholarship offers from Marshall, Wright State, Akron and IUPUI.
3. Deondre McWhorter, Moore
At 6-foot-8, McWhorter has a lot of potential.
4. Lyonell Gaines, Eastern
Gaines averaged nearly 14 points per game.
5. Desmond Dorsey, Jeffersontown
Dorsey has played great this spring.
6. Charles Foster, Trinity
Foster averaged 6.7 points per game this past season.
7. DeVante Parker, Ballrd
The University of Louisville football commit is also a standout on the hardwood.
8. Arman Marks, Eastern
The lefty is a great outside shooter.
9. Kevin Shaw, Seneca
Shaw leads a talented Seneca team.
10. Kameron Woods, Eastern
Woods continues to improve.
