Over the weekend, I went to the Japanese Gardens and I completely forgot that the flowers would be not bloomed yet. Upon arriving, I immediately started thinking about spring and the scents associated with spring. I couldn't smell the flowers, however the dew made me begin to be reminiscent of spring scents. This started to make me think what will be the best perfumes of spring 2013. Here are my predictions...
