The meal begins with a tasty Lobster Mango Ceviche shooter, followed by your choice of starter dishes including the Winter Melon Soup with Speck, Peruvian Scallops and Oysters accompanied by soba noodles, baby bok choy and enoki mushrooms or the Artisan Lettuce with Roasted Rhubarb and Strawberry served with a berry vinaigrette and toasted almonds.
The shared main entrée features a Duo of Grilled Beef Tenderloins with Chimichurri Velouté and Lobster Tails with Vanilla Essence, paired with a winter vegetable medley, onion soubise and sunchoke purée. Finally, for dessert, couples can indulge in a yummy Chocolate Tres Leche accompanied by raspberry cotton candy, passion fruit sorbet and tropical fruit brunoise.
