In 2013 the timeless work was updated with a completely fresh look and feel.

The new “Generations at Work: Managing the Clash of Boomers, Gen Xers, and Gen Yers in the Workplace” features up-to-date interviews with members of each generation in the workplace. This provides new concepts that are easily related to by other generations as they seek to understand and reduce conflict between other generations.

The new edition also contains updated best practices from companies that have successfully bridged the generational gap. These success stories show us the concepts in action, what worked and what we should avoid.
