Spiritual books are excellent sellers in the book publishing industry. There are a wide variety of spiritual books on the market ranging from how to find your life purpose to books on Yoga and spiritual healing. Spiritual books are good tools for learning how to heal yourself both inside and out and bringing balance into your life. The top five spiritual books on my personal favorites list are Sonia Choquette (Your Hearts Desire), Iyanla Vanzant (In the Mean Time), Deepak Choppra (The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success), Florence Scovel Shinn (The Game of Life and How to Play It), and Louis Hay (You Can Heal Your Life).
The first spiritual books on my personal favorites list is Sonia Choquette’s book Your Hearts Desire. This book is awesome because it helps you to tap into your inner self and see what your passion or purpose is in life. This book is a great book because it helps you to take a closer look at yourself. Sonia gives practical spiritual exercises and worksheets in each chapter of the book.Choquette does an excellent job of getting to the heart of spiritual healing and growth. She also taps into intuitive thinking and how to use it to make wiser decisions through divine intervention. Croquette is a wonderful spiritual writer. Her writings are very clear simple and gets to the root of the problem. She does a brilliant job of incorporating intuitive thinking into everyday living.
The second book is In the Mean Time by Iyanla Vanzant. Vanzant has written several spiritual books over the years. In the Mean Time is an outstanding book on spiritual healing. Vanzant shows you how to change your life through her art of story telling. She does an excellent job of using imagery and life stories in her books. Vanzant is definitely a remarkable spiritual writer.   I have had an opportunity to hear Iyanla speak about spiritual healing and she shared her amazing life story of overcoming domestic violence and her battle of overcoming low self-esteem.   Not only is Iyanla a good writer but she is also a great orator. Her workshops are legendary.
The next spiritual book is The Seven Spiritual Laws to Success by Deepak Choppra. In this book, Choppra shows you how you can be prosperous through his spiritual laws of success. Choppra’s spiritual laws and principles are very insightful and show you how to incorporate spirituality into daily living.
The fourth book on my list is The Game of Life and How to Play it by Florence Scovel Shinn.   This spiritual book is one of my all time favorites. The Game of Life and How to Play it is a timeless classic on how to incorporate simple spirituality into your everyday life.   Even though this book was written over fifty years ago, the spiritual principles can still be applied to your life.  I love Shinn’s book and it is a must read in my spiritual books collection.
You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay is the last spiritual book on my list. In this book, Louise Hay shows you how to use affirmations in spiritual healing. Hay developed the Mirror Work Exercise. In the exercise, you take a mirror and say your positive affirmation to yourself, for example you can say, “I am beautiful, I am special, and I am somebody.” Hay believes that when you use encouraging words, you can speak positive things into your life. You can Heal Your Life shows you how you can make a difference in your life just by using the power of words and prayer.
These are the top five spiritual books on my list. I always have these books in my library and I often referred to them for words of encouragement, or to do my study, and/or my research on spiritual healing. What are your top spiritual books in your library?
