After a slow start in 2009, the Playstation 3 managed to see a boost in hardware sales recently thanks to a new redesigned model and price cut to $299.99. So what should old and new Playstation 3 gamers be playing in the coming months on their system? Here are the top five exclusive games coming this fall for the Playstation 3.
5. God of War: Collection
Two of the best exclusive games on the Playstation 2 will be coming to the Playstation 3 this fall. It won’t be a straight port either as the God of War: Collection comes with several enhancements like 720p resolution with anti-aliasing and 60 frames per second support in addition to the added trophy implementation. So if you haven’t played God of War or God of War II, God of War: Collection is one exclusive Playstation 3 game you can’t miss on the Playstation 3, especially since it only costs $39.99.
4. Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
Although it is based on the Xbox 360 game, Ninja Gaiden II, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 on the Playstation 3 does have plenty of exclusive content like new bosses, gameplay tweaks and playable characters. Furthermore, this exclusive game will also have online co-op for two players. With enhanced visuals to boot, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 is shaping up to be a stellar experience.
3. Demon's Souls
Already a hit in Japan, Demon's Souls will be bringing its punishing difficulty to North America this fall exclusively on the Playstation 3. The action role-playing features a deep and engrossing world filled with some deadly creatures. It also has several unique online features where players can leave messages, fight together or battle against each other. With the Playstation 3 lacking in games from the role-playing department, Demon's Souls is a must buy for fans of the genre.
2. Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time
The popular Ratchet & Clank series can always be counted on for delivering a fun-filled experience. Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time is shaping up to be the best game yet. What about Katamari Forever? Thats by far on the top of my buy list. The demo is fantastic!!
Hmmm. Granted uncharted is one of the reasons I'm buying a PS3 (that and for PES2010) but the rest of those games really aren't floating my boat.
I'm not interested in a re-hashed PS2 game or an old 360 game with new charachters. I've never heard of the japanese one (will check it out) but you've not sold me by saying its a good RPG because there aren't many others (OMG! I can leave messages for other players! Fail). Which leaves ratchet and clank - which I'll rent as despite looking like a lame cartoon I've only heard good things about. There must be some better games than this coming out...
Too many game on ps3. Now 360 doesn't have any good game they had before now it looks like l good game are exclusive to ps3

Are you serious? lol Ninja Gaiden is by far the best game on the list. Looking forward to God of War 3, and I'm betting demon's souls will be a hit. Uncharted 2 looks good, but why is ratchet and clank even mentioned period???... dunno maybe the kiddies get something out of it.

I wan them all so bad I'm definitely getting UNCHARTED 2: Among Thieves, Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time, God of War: Collection plus whole lot more like Gran Turismo 5, The Last Guardian, God of War III, Heavy Rain, Quatum, MAG, AGENT, The Agency, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, Final Fantasy XIV. I just Love them all i love PlayStation we got awesome must have A+ exclusive games. My Xbox 360 has been collecting dust since 2007.

Several of my friends are greatly anticipating ratchet and clank as much as uncharted 2 and mw2, ratchet isn't only for "kiddies" if u play the games you'll see that ratchet has a matured personality as well as clank, his character and the way the game progresses moves it away from "kiddy" as did kingdom hearts, the Disney characters didn't stop final fantasy players from playing it

MAG could be the new Warhawk so it should probably be on the list:)

GT5?! how could you miss that, (unless you missed it becuase it has no release date). I agree with god of war, R&C(cant wait to fire that R.Y.N.O!), and uncharted 2 which all look amazing. To me, ps3 has the most diverse library, with games for everyone.
Shame there not gonna make another "The Getaway" becuase that would be fantastic on a bluray disk.
The one game I'm looking foward to isn't even a exclusive!
R&C Rules its really not that kiddy its good clean fun , it is a good game to play to get away from all the games about terrourists and nazi s we kill in our games all the time , im looking forward to Uncharted 2 and assassins creed 2 even tho its not a exclusive R&C aswell GT5 and god of war is something i missed out on last gen so i would like to try that to.
Yeah this list is messed up. Totally NOT the top 5. I just finished Demon's Souls (Chinese/English version) and was very disappointed. It is not nearly as hard as everyone has been saying, except for the first level 1-1. After you beat the first boss, then the game is much easier. This game should not be on the list at all.
Where is Modern Warfare 2 and Assassin's Creed 2?
