On the newest episode of “Top Chef” tonight for the Quickfire Challenge the 7 remaining chefs were given the task of cooking a crawfish etouffee, -which means to smother-. Nicholas, Stephanie, Carrie were in the bottom along with Carlos who had no idea what an etouffe was and at the top were Brian, Nina and Shirley, these three by the way are usually at the top, it will not be surprising if one of them is crowned the winner at the end, Shirley was the winner and therefore won immunity for the Elimination Challenge.
The Elimination Challenge was to prepare the food for a party to be held at the Riverside Plaza in the Mardi Gras world, and the dishes would need to incorporate at least two different types of seafood. After 200 guests and the judges tasted all dishes the top 3 chefs were Brian, Stephanie, and Nina and the overall winner was Stephanie. Then came the bottom 3 and those were Nicholas, Carlos, and Carrie and this last one was sent home.
