If ever there was an opportunity to hone one’s cooking skills, this is it! Celebrity Chef Tre Wilcox, who competed on Top Chef and Iron Chef America, is opening his recipe box to the public at a special appearance at Kitchen Collage, located at 430 East Locust in Des Moines. The 2-day event will be Thursday October 1st from 6:00 to 8:30 pm and Friday October 2nd from 10:00 am to noon. Wilcox’s class will feature his Chantal Copper Fusion Cookware and recipes for Pan Seared Jumbo Shrimp, Pan Roasted Wild King Salmon, Cilantro Marinated Chicken, and Lemon Tarragon Panna Cotta.
