From an intimate candlelit dinner, to a murder mystery show, and even dinner aboard a train, there's something for everyone this Valentine's Day. Be sure to make reservations now!

For a truly unique Valentine’s Day date, take a ride on the New Hope Railroad. The romantic 2-hour train ride will feature a three-course meal with salad, entrée and dessert along with rolls and a complimentary champagne toast (for guests over the age of 21). Entrees include eggplant rollatini, frutti di mare and beef tenderloin. Ladies will receive a long stem, red rose and a personal box of Pierre’s Swiss chocolate truffles. Tickets are $99 per person for a shared table that will seat four, or $139 per person for private seating at a table for two.

The rustic La Stalla Restaurant serves family-style Italian cuisine with plenty of pasta and seafood. In honor of Valentine’s Day, they will offer a special menu that has been selected for the occasion, in addition to the regular menu Friday, February 14 through Sunday, February 16. While the menu hasn’t been revealed yet, special sweetheart drinks and lots of champagne are promised. Keeping in mind the high demand for Valentine’s Day dates, in contrast to the usual 6-person minimum, reservations of all sizes are welcome for Friday, February 14.

Treat the one you love to an intimate candlelit Valentine's dinner at Crossing Vineyards at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 14 or Saturday, February 15. For $89 per person (plus tax and gratuity), your meal includes five gourmet courses and a bottle of house wine per couple. To see the menu, click here. Maggio’s features monthly food and drink specials to reflect the relevant season or holiday. During the entire month of February, the restaurant will showcase appetizers, entrees, and drinks that are fitting for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner. Think escargot, filet mignon and shrimp duos, crab-stuffed salmon and more. On Saturday, February 15, the Ballroom at Hampton Square (located at Maggio’s) will host “Valentine’s Day with Old Blue Eyes,” a night of dinner and dancing complete with music from Frank Sinatra. The 4-hour event runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and includes a buffet dinner featuring salad, chicken marsala, penne pasta, prime rib, sides and a 16-foot dessert bar. Cash bar is available. Located in the charming Peddler’s Village, Earl’s is a locavore’s dream. The restaurant takes on American favorites, using only the freshest ingredients from Bucks County’s local, sustainable farms, ranches and fisheries. On Friday, Feb. 14, Earl’s will offer a three-course dinner at $50 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Start your meal with arugula salad or oysters Rockfeller. Then, move on to grilled lamb with potatoes, asparagus, truffle and a red wine reduction, or pan-roasted scallops served with saffron lobster risotto and a butter sauce. Finish on a sweet note with rich chocolate soufflé or almond-stuffed dessert-style French toast.
