These are tough times for a lot of us and finding expendable income for trips to the Strip can be difficult. This list will help anyone who is looking for a great room without losing quality. You can stay cheap on the Strip without giving up comfort and even style. What got these rooms on this list was based on a three factors. First, the rooms had to have a basic amount of style and decor. Second, the rooms must have access to other hotels and casinos. Lastly, each location must offer an extra incentive for staying. Don't forget the photo slide show of all the rooms and check out my YouTube channel for a video tour of each of them.
#5 - Hollywood Hip Room at Planet Hollywood (PH)
The Hollywood Hip rooms are the basic level room at PH. They are filled with fun movie memorabilia unique to each room. PH has many entrances and exits which makes it very walk friendly. The hotel boasts a mile long mall with casino entrance too.
#4 - Forum Tower Deluxe at Caesars Palace
Forum Tower is one of many that Caesars Palace has to offer its guests. Forum tower is a better choice here, not because it is cheaper, but because the rooms have been remodeled and look fantastic. The deluxe room has a ton of space for a small family. The rooms are located very close to the Forum casino and the Colosseum or as I like to call it, Celine's house. Staying at the Forum tower will also link you to a mall, the Forum shops.
#3 - Deluxe King at Aria
Aria is a five diamond resort and the fact that they make this list is amazing in its own right. The resort is massive yet walk friendly. With two valets and taxi lines you'll never have to wait long to get to where you are going. Aria has a tram that connects with Bellagio and Monte Carlo. The Deluxe rooms seem to always be available due to the fact that Vegas over built and Aria has 4004 rooms. Booking last second or same day seems to work out with this location, should the need arise. The rooms are stylish and comfortable without breaking the bank.
#2 - Paradise Suite at Tropicana
The Paradise Suite at Tropicana is a new addition to the Strip. Tropicana has gone through one of the largest over hauls in Vegas history. Most hotels that claim "remodel" only put in 50 to 60 percent, but Tropicana has done 110 percent! The hotel is bright and warm which translates well to their rooms. The Paradise suite with Strip view is a must have for anyone looking for something different. The hotel's theme is South Beach Havana.
#1 - MGM Signature Deluxe Suite
The MGM Signature isn't as well known to travelers because it boasts residential condos too. They come with mini kitchen and all the amentities needed to make a nice meal, or reheat one. The rooms have a pull out couch and a king bed. Located behind the MGM Grand, the Signature has great placement near PH and MGM Grand. A walkway can get you to the MGM Grand casino without ever needing a taxi. Don't forget the massive Jacuzzi tub located in the bathroom. The rooms are comfortable and will remind you of home. The Signature is a non gaming hotel which can bring great comfort to those who don't like smoke filled casinos.
